Principal

Kas has been with Gigantic since 2009 and has served as a Principal for the past 10 years. She is a dynamic leader who excels at building strategic collaborations that consistently deliver results beyond client goals.

With over 30 years of experience, Kas brings a diverse skill set spanning creative direction, marketing strategy, business development, design, and photography to develop innovative and effective marketing and outreach campaigns.

Kas also designs and facilitates meetings and workshops that strengthen communities, programs, and organizations, drawing on Systems Thinking, Open Space Technology, and Design Thinking techniques.

Kas holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an M.B.A. in Sustainable Enterprise with Honors from Dominican University of California.
